Standing Together
Standing side by side to participate in God’s purpose
Our calling is not merely to stand with one particular nation, but to stand together to participate in God’s redemptive work for all nations.
We honor the covenant that God has with Israel, while at the same time embracing His love for all nations, all peoples, and all communities.
In Christ, the dividing wall has been broken down. Therefore, we are called to be “One New Man,” a single family, and God’s fellow workers in bringing hope, reconciliation, and blessing to all nations.
Thus, our “standing together” is not a choice of political, ethnic, or religious side, but a choice to stand in God’s will – cooperating, serving, and loving one another – so that the world may see a picture of His Kingdom through our unity.
“for the Lord will be at your side and will keep your foot from being snared”
Proverbs 3:26 NIV
